Welcome!

Welcome to Sister to Sister, open to all women of our parish no matter what age or season in life. We are never too young or too old to grow in our faith and relationship with God. As baptized Catholics we are sisters in God’s family. We also share the same spiritual Mother, The Blessed Virgin Mary.

Our goal of Sister to Sister is to provide the opportunity to share uplifting content, some nourishment for our souls, favorite scriptures, and the opportunity to learn more about one another as sisters of St. Theresa Parish. Here you will also find several Catholic resources to explore through the links and website information we provide.

Ultimately, we hope to offer each woman a little something to smile about, reflect on and grow through. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of parish and local events sharing women’s faith interests. Aren’t we blessed to be sisters of our amazing Catholic faith?

We hope you will visit us often. You are invited to use the email link we have provided for any questions you may have or to send us your comments. You may also find us on Facebook by searching for “Sister to Sister at St Theresa”. The Facebook page is considered private, so there is a one-time short request process that requires confirmation before you may actively join the Facebook group.

This webpage and the Sister to Sister group is a ministry sponsored by the St. Theresa Parish Women’s Retreat Team.  We sincerely hope you enjoy what we offer as sisters along the journey of faith.

Your sisters in Christ,

Cecilia Bell,  Christy Howard, Donna Larue, Janet Massa, Kathy Wade, Margaret Day, Maria Stender, Wendy Mueller, Winnie O’Brick

Merciful, Heavenly Father
Thank you for life, for our family, friends and our church home. Thank you for the gift of your Son whom you sent to redeem us from our sin.  Thank you, O God, for the sisters you have placed in our lives to encourage, support, mentor, pray for and love each other.  Lord, bless us with the eyes to see a need, the hands to lift those who fall. Bless us with feet to run to help, a heart full of love, and the voice to speak life and proclaim Jesus to all the world. Lord, please  strengthen us and protect us, fill us with the Holy Spirit to overflowing. Make us beacons in a dark world, O God. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Amen.
