Registration Instructions

  1. Click on the link above to get to the auction page.

  2. Below EVENT DETAILS, look for GET STARTED. Enter your 10 digit mobile number & click NEXT.

  3. A pop-up window appears & asks for additional information. Once completed, click SUBMIT REGISTRATION.

  4. If you’re on a computer – enter the 6 digit code texted to your mobile phone.

    If you’re on a mobile device – just tap the link included in the text.

That’s it – you’re registered!!!

Auction Lingo

Auction Item – Items in this category can be bid on or purchased outright for the full value listed.

Instabuy – Items in this category require the purchase of at least ONE CHANCE at winning that item – purchase as many chances as you wish (think of it like a raffle ticket for that item.)

NO BIDS – Items in this category have not yet been bid on.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Q: When can I register for the Online Auction?

    A: The auction link will be published on Friday, September 20, 2024. Registration assistance is available that weekend after Mass.

  2. Q: When will the Online Auction open for bidding?

    A: Bidding will begin at 12 noon, Monday, September 23, 2024.

  3. Q: When will bidding close?

    A: Saturday, September 28th at 5:00pm

  4. Q: I don’t want to constantly check the items I’m interested in to see if I’ve been outbid. What can I do?

    A: Since the auction is online, you can set a maximum bid that you are willing to pay for the item. The computer will do the bidding for you if someone else outbids you, up to your maximum bid.

  5. Q: How can I tell which items I’ve placed bids on?

    A: All items you bid on will appear in your MY ACTIVITY tab, as well as whether you’re the highest bidder or if you’ve been outbid.

  6. Q: How do I pay for the items I won?

    A: The credit card you entered when registering will automatically be charged for the total of the items you won/purchased.

  7. Q: When and where do I pick up my items?

    A: Items will be available for pick up after each Mass on Sunday, September 29th in the St. Stephen’s Room of the Parish Hall.

  8. Q: Can I share the Auction link with others?

    A: Yes, please do! Please note that we do not ship items, so they must be picked up.

Online Auction Bidding Info & Tips 

  • At noon on Monday, September 23rd, bidding will OPEN! 

  • Items available for bidding can be found under the AUCTION ITEMS tab.

  • To buy an unspecified bottle of red or white wine, look under the INSTABUY tab and scroll to the bottom of the page. A limited quantity of red and white wine is available for purchase varying in value from $30-$100. 

  • Also under the INSTABUY tab, chances to win various items such as reserved parking for Christmas & Easter Masses, gift cards, and even a catered dinner for 25 people!!! At the end of the auction, the computer will randomly select a winner for each individual item. Think of these purchases like you would a raffle ticket. 

  • If you see a BUYOUT button on any item and want to purchase it instead of bidding on it, click that button, and it will be yours. 

  • The credit card that you use to register will be automatically charged at the end of the auction for all items won, all chances purchased under the instabuy tab and all bottles of wine purchased. No other form of payment (cash or check) will be accepted. 

  • The Auction will close at 5pm on Saturday, Sept 28th. Winning bidders will receive a text or email stating the items that they have won. All items may be picked up from the Parish Hall on SUNDAY, Sept 29th from 9-10:30am, 12-1pm, and 2:30-3:30pm.
